Mr. Pfeiffer was readily available and responded to all my inquiries. I had a reckless speeding charge which he managed to get it reduced to simple speeding infraction. Courts demand you show up in person for reckless driving however sometimes on a case by case basis they agree for lawyer to represent without client present in court. I could not be more pleased that I did not have to show up in court. Highly recommended. GS

Stephen was incredible! He managed to get my reckless driver misdemeanor charge brought down to a minor driving infraction ticket. So I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m going to this time to help anyone that might be in a situation like I was. I was facing a third DUI with an extensive criminal background in Virginia Beach. Mr. Pfeiffer had my back thru the whole process. He’s ready to fight for you and knows his stuff. Got my third down to a first. Could’ve been in jail but ended up not even losing my license. To start, Mr. Pfeiffer was out of the country when I had initially reached out to him regarding my situation. This did not stop him from calling me back within seconds for retainment, at a more than fair amount for representation. This is the second time I’ve had Mr. Pfeiffer represent me. This man is not only the best at what he does with extraordinary professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail (to name a few), but he is also sympathetic and understanding. It is extremely apparent that he is well respected by everyone we within the regional court/judicial system. I was facing pretty serious charges/jail time as a result of my actions. Got a DUI while visiting Cape Charles Virginia after checking out several lawyers Mr. Pfeiffer stood out to me so I gave him a call. After speaking with him. I knew I found the right lawyer. He is not about what you did wrong. He is all about making sure you are judged fairly, he will go above and beyond the duty to find a way to get your case dismissed or not guilty. On our first time around in front of the judge I was found guilty Mr. Pfeiffer immediately sayed we will appeal and we filed that day. On our second trial, Mr. Pfeiffer came out with many techniques and Knowledge that proved to the judge that there was reasonable doubt . Coming to court with a mindset that I probably would be found guilty, Pay a fine and lose my license. I left with a second chance and found not guilty. This man doesn't stop at no. he is your man his cost are very reasonable on my second appeal. His cost was exceptional.
