Had my citizenship denied because of a reckless driving ticket compounded with COVID delays on achieving a resolution for my traffic court case. My options were to appeal to the decision, or to restart my my citizenship from the beginning (my reckless driving ticket occurred right after my last interview, all was left was to take the oath!). Mrs Mendoza strongly recommended the appeal even though my court case had not yet been resolved. Long story short, my immigration case has been reopened and I am now just waiting to attend the oath. I have to tell you that Mrs Mendoza is a real expert, Ms. Sarah Lollar worked with Mrs Mendoza on my case and I have to tell you: what a great team these two women are!
