I'm not sure there's such a thing as a simple case when it comes to immigration law, but Gardener & Mendoza certainly made our K1 visa a straight forward one. When we decided to get married we knew it would require an immigration attorney to help us navigate the ever-changing laws, procedures, and paperwork. We are so glad we found Gardener & Mendoza. We had so many questions and worries going in (i.e. past name changes, timelines, police certificates, dealing with foreign embassies), but Radlyn and her team handled them (and us) with care. From planning the K1 visa application, to filling our adjustment of status papers, they've been with us every step of the way and we are so grateful for it.

Nearly 7 years ago, I met the love of my life while on a humanitarian medical mission in the Philippines. When we decided we wanted to get married, we discovered the legal process to be long and complex. Enter the second love of my life :) ...Radlyn Mendoza. From our very first encounter, Radlyn and her team at Gardner and Mendoza walked us through every step of the process, to include this very day when my wife completed her interview for citizenship. (Which she easily passed, I might brag, due in large part to the prep Radlyn provided.) I don't know how anyone could go through the whole K-1 and citizenship process without competent and professional legal help. This law firm is absolutely "best in show", and frankly, my wife and I are sorry that the professional relationship is coming to an end. But it has now become more than just a professional relationship, but also a friendship. Mainly because that is the way Gardner and Mendoza treat you, not just as clients, but as a family and as a friend. This firm is clearly the standard by which others are measured. Radlyn was very knowledgeable and very professional. She knew every option we could take to get my wife's green card, and made excellent recommendations. About ten years ago, my husband (who is from Mexico) and I had a consultation with Ms. Mendoza regarding what we needed to do to help my husband become a legal resident. At the time, we were too scared to follow through. However, last year, knowing the possibilities of big, no so good changes that could come, we decided we really had no choice, and I contacted Ms. Mendoza again. She was the absolute best. She always answered any questions we had honestly, and was very upfront about what we could expect. Ms.Mendoza is very knowledgeable about Immigration Law. I came to america under an H1-B visa and was looking into applying for a greencard, but unfortunately was given bad advice that left me in a difficult situation. At this time is when I found Ms.Mendoza, she was able to help me process my greencard when other immigration professionals were not able to. She carefully studied my case, found unused visa time, requested for an extension, was successful in getting me back all of that unused visa time, giving me and my family enough time to process the greencard. Not only was Ms. Mendoza extremely helpful when preparing the greencard application, she was very good at identifying the right categories to apply under. In my case we applied under the EB-1 and EB-2 NIW categories, and were successful in getting approved under both. Ultimately we had to choose one of the 2 categories, and we chose the EB-1 category for our greencard. Because of her dedication to our case, me and my family were able to obtain a greencard, and now are in our way to becoming US citizens. It would be an understatement to say that I highly recommend Ms. Mendoza. She is an amazing person and really good at what she does.

El caso de mi padre fue muy especial ya que hube consultado con otros abogados y todos me dijeron que no se podria lograr y si lo harian el costo era muy alto. Ms. Mendoza is incredible at what she does, she took all the stress and pressure off of my wife and I and we couldn't be happier. I'm active duty military and met my wife overseas. Ms. Mendoza truly cares and i will always be grateful for that.
