Spoke with Mr. Greenside via phone call regarding my speeding violation in detail. He gave me recommendations as to what I should aquire for him to present in court for me in my absence, as I live out of the state of virginia. At first when I got a reckless charge in October, I was nervous and Mr greenside recommended the steps and things that needed to be done in order to get it resolved. I followed suit and got all that he requested done in a timely manner. I added more information to negotiate my plea bargain. We went to court and the judge reduced it to speeding instead of reckless by speed. I felt relieved but I believe we could have pushed for a more better outcome.
