Highly recommend Brian Latuga! Charge dismissed in a very short time. He was efficient, knowledgeable and walked me through the process to make it easy.

Mr. Brian Latgua was recommended to our family at a desperate time in need. After calling nurse lines and taking my 7 week old son- at time to the doctors a number of times we knew something was not right. We soon found ourselves at CHKD and Dean was being pulled for MRI, full body xray and CT and bloodwork. Soon they tell us that he had subdural hematomas and that he was a victim of child abuse and we were wrongfully accused of shaken baby now called abusive head trauma. This man is a hero and took the time to research our case that clearly agreed this was a vacuum assist birth that caused injury to Dean. Thankfully after surgeries my son is doing much better.
