Bleed our custody case out for months. Took thousands and thousands. Did not fight for us. I think we actually would have done better representing ourselves. Do no hire this man if you are a father fighting for custody.

Anyone who's been engulfed in a child custody litigation scenario knows and understands the emotional struggles that come along with it. Not only did I experience this, but my situation went on all the way through the Court of Appeals. I found myself in front of multiple judges in multiple court rooms facing everything from contempt of court charges to jail time. Sitting next to Brandon during these hearings/trials gave me the ability to gut through them. I would not have handled these hearings very well otherwise. I say this because Brandon knows the law. He knows it backwards, forward and upside down and it's apparent that the judges know and respect this. Brandon will not coddle you. He has a tough exterior, but inside the courtroom his tough turns to unstoppable. He will use the law, every single letter of it, to right the wrongs. His firm is fantastic. Everyone from the paralegals to the administrative staff. They'll treat you like family and are sensitive to the stress that comes along with feeling like you're unable to protect your child. There is nothing that I can say that would do the representation I received from Mr. Zeigler and his firm justice. He was diligent in advising me of my rights and what steps I needed to take from the moment my former wife and I separated. And when I say from the moment, I mean that he took my call on no notice within 30 minutes of me leaving my marital residence and made sure that I did everything necessary to set myself up for success in my matter. My ex-wife made false accusations and stole large amounts of money when filing for divorce. Brandon used his resources to discredit all accusations and in the end recovered the stolen money. In the end I was very satisfied.

Brandon represented me in a divorce case. From the onset he was confrontational and wanted to move the case into court rather than work towards a negotiated settlement. Brandon was not well versed in the details of support payments or custody. His approach to the case was very mechanical. He was meticulous in his work but it seemed to lack a cost benefit analysis that would focus the work towards the best value for me or my goals.
