If I had to choose three words to describe Jordan Fanney and his practice they would be honest, hardworking and empathetic. Before I found Jordan, my case had been an absolute nightmare. He addressed all of my concerns, quickly turned things around and gave me full confidence that my case would be resolved. Jordan Fanney is fantastic! He helped me with an aggressive divorce a few years ago, and then a recent child custody matter. He handled both cases wonderful! The first time I called Poole Brooke Plumlee PC, I didn't receive the attention or the information I needed from the person answering the main line. I was looking for a tax attorney to give me the necessary advice to handle a back tax situation with the State of Virginia since 2006. To my surprise, about 20 minutes later, Mr. Todd Rothlisberger from the same office was calling me first to apologize for the inconvenience and second to offer me the help I was looking for. His positive action led me to retain him and his legal secretary Amber Boyd to overview my situation. Their team works quick and efficient to gather all information needed to start your case and they get resolution expeditiously.
