Rich Shapiro is an incredible attorney

All I can say is wow! Had a car accident back in November of 2020 where another driver hit me and totalled my car, while my case took a bit longer than I would of liked (I blame the pandemic) I ultimately recieved a more than satisfactory settlement. Attorney Washburn is a shark. He reduced the lien on my insurance (I have medicaid) to around 5% of what they paid. Mrs. Gomez was extremely responsive and professional. She answered all of my questions and responded to my emails usually in less than 30 minutes during buisness hours. Definetly recommend these guys, they have my gratitude. My advice to anyone is the following: Do all your treatments and follow their instructions it will pay off in the end. I used google drive to keep all my accident files in one place. I feel it makes it easier for everybody rather than attaching everything in an email. Plus you can add it to the folder when you need to add more document rather than sending another email.

His team was always very responsive and Eric always kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and always provided updates through phone calls. The Jeffrey Brooke Team really stepped in after waiting 5 years when another lawyer didn't do his job. The team members quickly gathered the files that the other lawyer removed from one firm to three other firms without my knowledge and also organizing all the files. Within a few months they had a court date set. Then in less than 10 months we were in negotiations to finally get this case settled. I have recommended his team to others who may of had a bad experience or a new case. They get the job done and allows the client to move on with their life.
