I would highly recommend allowing Mr. Barlow and his paralegal Ms. Whitmore to manage you legal needs. I appreciated Mr. Barlow taking the time to explain legal terms and the various options I had available to meet my estate planning needs. They prevented the process of creating a will from being unpleasant, thanks again!

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to meet Shelly Wood. While she did not directly represent us, she did a family member with a custody court case. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism, how committed she is, and goes above and beyond to assist. Also very caring. I highly recommend her, you cannot go wrong!!

I wish I could give them 10 STARS!! There are no words that would adequately convey my family’s complete appreciation and gratitude for Kellam, LeeAnne, and the entire team at Parks Zeigler. I met with Kellam after spending over a year trying to work with a couple of companies to correct an error. The companies were insistent that they were not going to make any changes. We had no hope and had to just deal with the issue, which had an exceptionally large negative effect on our lives. My final attempt to resolve the issue was to contact the VA Bar Association and the VA Bar Association referred us to Kellam at Parks Zeigler. I went into the meeting with Kellam thinking I was going to hear “There isn’t anything we can do.” I heard the opposite!!! Kellam knew the situation was not right and was immediately determined to help us make it right!! During the meeting, Kellam learned we are a military family and it meant so much for him to take the time to express his genuine appreciation for our service and the sacrifices military members and families make for our country. Kellam is adept, professional, and does not capitulate in his fight for his clients. His expert knowledge of the law is past impressive and his ability to explain complex legal matters in terms a layperson can comprehend is simply a gift! Often, when you find professionals with such an amazing grasp of their profession, they can be off-putting and arrogant. Kellam is caring, approachable, confident, patient and understanding…the complete package. Kellam brought in LeAnne, another attorney at the firm, to assist and she was like a mini Kellam. Very proactive, professional, caring and an absolute pleasure to work with. It is definitely a team effort at Parks Zeigler. Everyone you interact with, from the executive assistant and paralegal to the attorneys, is very professional and caring. You can tell they love what they do and their team. I promise you will never regret reaching out to Kellam and Parks Zeigler. They took the burden and stress away from us. All my husband and I wanted was to have these companies do the right thing and own their error. We just wanted them to undo what they did. When they refused, Kellam made them pay…literally, which was an unexpected bonus for us!!
