I can not say enough good things about Ms. Wood and her legal expertise. She displayed a great deal of patience and understanding throughout my lengthy case. She was always available to answer any questions I had and she was always on top of keeping me informed of my case. Ms. Wood and her paralegal, Melissa, constantly went above and beyond my expectations.

Shelly and Melissa where great to work with thru a complex situation. Highly recommend the team at PZ and would trust them to handle any matter should the need arise.

Thinking about wills and final documents is never a fun thing but definitely necessary. Working with Ms. West and the whole team at Parks Zeigler made the whole process so pleasant and easy. Horrible. Advised over and over incorrectly. Did not even show up on time to court and judge left courtroom!! No assistance at all when lie after lie given by ex-husband on the stand! I felt like she didn’t care about case, only getting paid, since she kept delaying the case. I do not know, but maybe she did not like me because not born in America. Horrible service and way too expensive.

I had used this Mr. Zeigler several times and he is one of the brightest attorneys I have worked with. He helped me with my divorce as well and I highly recommend him for any case you may have!

Has taken 2 years for these guys to finalize a divorce in regard to errors in their paperwork. Complete joke of a firm if you need serious help seek council elsewhere.

My family has used the services of Caryn West at Parks Zeigler for a few years now for various issues regarding sudden 2 deaths and my will and end of life paperwork. My sister is a paralegal in New York and she did a lot of research to find Caryn for us in Virginia to settle the passing of my uncle's affairs. None of us can imagine how we could have gotten thru these tragedies without her knowledge, strength and compassion. I can not recommend her or her firm strongly enough!
