Ms. Fuschetti is the best and most professional lawyer I have ever had contact with. This includes 20 years in the Military and 20 years as a Defense Contractor. She worked with us through 4 Juvenile Court hearings and one Circuit Court hearing over a period of almost 2 years. This was somewhat of a rare custody case in that we (the Grandparents) were seeking the custody of our Granddaughter. Her knowledge of Family Law is exceptional. Her Plan of Action throughout all the hearings led to the "right" decision being decided regarding custody. In addition, Ms. Fuschetti's Court Room actions were very "on point" for all custody hearings. My wife and I highly recommend Ms. Fuschetti for anyone who wants the best for their respective child. Ms. Fuschetti is the best.

After beginning the long, emotional process of a divorce and custody battle, I was referred to Jennifer Fuschetti and am so thankful for that referral! Jennifer walked with me step-by-step through a 2 year long, very nasty divorce and custody battle. Jennifer is professional, friendly and incredibly intelligent. Throughout the 2 year process, Jennifer kept me informed of what to expect at each step. She was always very thorough in her answers to my questions and always gave me straight answers about my personal situation. There were no surprises - Jennifer always gave me a realistic understanding of what I was facing. She made herself available to me during off hours when my situation got messy.
