Atty. Matthew J. Weinberg is very dishonest person. He is not true to his words of agreement. He takes advantage of people suffering from serious illness the weak, the helpless, hopeless injured person. He’s low moral and low integrity wicked tricky person. I’m speaking of the truth based on my experience when he fooled me after taking the upfront flat fees he demanded he didn’t comply with our agreement to show me the documents first to read before submitting but he didn’t do it. Our agreement to help me prepare the Brief of Appellant on my name. Our agreement that he will not represent me, the job is to help me prepare the documents and that I still represent myself. But he trick me by submitting the documents without presenting to me to read the prepared document After he submitted the documents . He just told me I’m sorry I will not do it again and it will not happen again, he said the next time I will call you when it’s done for you to read the document but he failed and didn’t do as what he said. He submitted the second documents without presenting with me reading it first. I suffered so much stress and depression from his wrongdoings and for what he did resulting for me to have breast cancer because of the wrongdoings he had done taking advantage of my very weak condition because of my severe injury. Mr. Matthew is a liar and untrue person. This testimony is true without malice and without prejudice. I am hoping that the right government department will make investigations and punish this kind of Lawyer for abusive behavior and wrongdoings.

As an attorney myself, I personally watch each and every attorney at Norfolk Justice in court on a regular basis. Every attorney in the firm is highly competent and comes to court fully equipped and prepared. They are compassionate, ethical and hard-working. Mrs. Tory Delphire of Norfolk Justice was an amazing lawyer and helped me out more than I ever thought of. Without getting into too many details, Mrs. Delphire excited my expectations and worked out an amazing deal. One that I never thought was possible due to my situation and I sure would highly recommend her and her group. My great granddaughter was kidnapped from my granddaughter in Pensacola, Fl. We made several trips to Norfolk to try and get her back legally. We had lawyers here and there. My granddaughter's husband and mother planned the entire kidnapping when the baby was 6 days old. One trip we made, with orders in hand to see the baby, his mother put a warrant against us for trespassing. Kelly Vasta was great. She took pride in her work and also in understanding what we needed. Whenever we needed anything or a question she was right on top of it.

Vasta was hired off the strength of an family associate, however once I spoken to the person who she was actual hired for when I had concerns on why my child support was suspended and how I had to take two parenting classes to the other part one, he revealed she did nothing really but show up and thrown sentences and phrases around. Once the case was concluded I wasn’t happy and she brushed me off as oh well I have my money, which I over paid her, however she allowed the family associate, to make installments and they revealed they still had a balanced, so not only did I pay in full, I had to take two parenting classes, file my own show cause and other paperwork, she didn’t honor the contract between the two of us which I still have that she drafted, I had to constantly leave voice messages than with the GAL, I did all the leg work and homework and she had my child support suspended along with the retro active pay I obtain temporary support with legal aid unfortunately the amazing law I did have went on Maternity leave and the following they assign was going to do the same soon. I think she is horrible and I wouldn’t even recommend her to my enemies.

Ms. Vasta handled my case with professionalism and dignity. I can be a bit of a handful and she was patient and understanding and she managed to get the desired outcome for me. Excellent work!
