He went above and beyond for my daughter always prompt caring and smart if i was ever to get a divorce i would choose him ( but i cant been married for 40 years)my daughter chose him and he totally went out his way at court for her. We used Shaheen and Shaheen Law Firm when we bought our house and they were excellent. Over a decade (14 years) later I contacted them to see if they could send me a copy of the deed and Mrs. Wendy Avila went above and beyond to find the deed and emailed it to me. I was in a crunch and I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. You are a top rate firm. Mrs. Avila is a great asset.

I have never experienced such great one-on-one care and service on an exceptional level as I have with Mr. Edwin Booth!
Since the accident Mr.Booth has communicated with me as to the status and process at all times.

If you are a first time buyer, DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I will never use this firm again. Multiple paperwork errors and having to re-sign documents due to errors. I was left completely in the dark regarding the whole selling and buying process. I felt I was just another source of income to the firm, no personal relationship developed. No one “cared” to reach out and explain the process. I also hold Jeremy at Long and Foster accountable for poor representation . Next time I plan on buying and selling, I will use my trusted realtor from Remax.
