Mr. Slaughter represented my wife and I for a car accident injury case in which both of us sustained serious injuries on our way back home from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The final settlement that this law firm ultimately achieved for us was over 5 times more than the best and final "low ball" offer from the at-fault-driver's insurance company - without going to court. Sarah, the paralegal, is also an outstanding asset to this firm and was very responsive every time I contacted her. I recommend this firm for injury representation.

Slaughter and Lupton Law is professional, courteous and sympathetic to your needs as a client. Mr. Lupton was my attorney, and excelled at dealing with the opposing insurance companies and attorneys. He handled 2 accident claims simutaneously, that my previous attorney had to call him in as extra counsel over. Mr. Lupton explained each step of the process in detail, so I was not going into the depositions or settlement conferences blind.
