Sometimes we all go through unexpected life changes and mine happened in 3's. The first was one of our three daughters, Madelyn Marie at age 3, passed away from Pneumonia on February 4th 2009. The second was a devastating car accident in which a teenager rear ended me at a red light doing 55mph. My back seats and trunk looked like an accordion, my keys flew out of the ignition with the car still on, and a right shoulder injury (as well as others) from the night of February 22nd 2009. This night was just 2 weeks after my first life changer and that trauma that followed, as well as arranging a funeral while still in mourning. My third life changer just when you thought there couldn't be more, yet it was in this same 2 week time frame, turned out to be the revelation of a 4th pregnancy just days before I got hit in my car. With an almost miscarriage after the accident, I am happy to announce our 1st son Korban Scott is a healthy 15 month old! If you've been hurt and have a gut feeling that you've been wronged and want justice, never give up and give Rutter Mills a call! Of course Everett Lupton would know because he is well educated and very experienced in the law for many years now. The best part is, his honesty. From the very start you will know if you have a strong case or not, as well as what he is planning on your behalf, asking your permission at every interval. The Rutter Mills slogan is exactly right in my eyes. I was given personal attention by Everett Lupton as if I was his only case which lasted 18 months but I'm sure we all could guess how many cases he did have besides mine. All employees were so respectful and caring as if you were their dearest friend. Everett wanted to see the best outcome for me and believed in me from day one. I personally loved how gentle this firm and its representatives are when they talk to you, they aren't screaming in your face or intimidating at all to where you can't even get your words out. I experienced that rudeness on my first call to another company and definitely imagined myself as a little fish in a big tank of sharks! My second call was the right call, to Rutter Mills, and I received Mr. Lupton as my attorney who made me feel most definitely at a place along side him working together as a team. He and his team valued my input, listened and kept in contact with me very often, so you can see why I am not only pleased with my outcome but also with how Rutter Mills made it about ME. Now when I say made it about me, I simply mean ever since I explained my story and my physical and emotional pain, this lawyer at Rutter Mills made that his focal point with evidence and truth as the foundation. This lawyer carried my personal moments from the night of the accident, unwaveringly to the very end, without forgetting a word I said.
