Ian was my notary and closing lawyer for my very first house purchase in Norfolk. He made the mood light with his wonderful jokes, very professional, and he was exceptionally knowledgable. He made sure I had a firm understanding of what I was signing and patiently listened to anything I had to ask of him or to explain more. Ian was a delight in my closing today for my former home. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and ready to explain anything I asked. After returning home I called to thank him for the ease I had signing the forms and he was as pleasant then as before.
