I second what was posted in a previous review.

No one works harder than Mr. Howard. In addition to his incredible work ethic and amazing experience, when you hire Mr. Howard, you hire his firm and they take a team approach to every case, no matter how small. Truly a group of superstars on your side. You pay for it, but you get what you pay for.

* Phone calls not returned promptly.
* Could not remember basic information about my case (every time I spoke with him I had to repeat basic case information to him).
* Insisted that I should gather all EMT, hospital, and police reports, as well as coordinate interviews with witnesses.
* Billed me for a "Consultant" that he told me he was not going to contact (and I had told him not to contact this "consultant".
* 1-business day before my court date, Blair Howard told me he did not subpoena any witnesses and that if I would like him to, he would have to ask for a continuance from the courts (and more money from me).
* Was 20 minutes late for court (as in, court started 20 minutes before he arrived).
* Insisted that I should take a "good plea deal" offered by the Commonwealth's Attorney-- later I found out that people with more serious offenses and NO attorney were offered the same "deal" that I was offered, or better.
* Managed to spend the $5k retainer and then sent a bill for almost $3K more for what should have been a simple case.
