Amy & James were fantastic from beginning to end. James spent a generous amount of time with us answering every question that we had. It was a very smooth process and we’re so grateful for that.
Amy was extremely thorough and attentive. She assisted in getting every detail prepared all of our documents. She gave us advice and 100% accurate timelines. I really appreciated how kind she was and always willing to answer last minute questions that popped up. Even well after discharge. Amy was horrible! Rude, sarcastic, unprofessional. She ruined my experience with this firm. John was okay. I had to repeat questions to get full answers.
My interaction with James McMinn was great.
Due to Amy's behavior, I cannot recommend this firm.
