John Goetz expertly prepared a detailed Will and Trust for me in a tight frame of time. Because of was going out of town, he had everything done in a timely basis, even dedicating ample time to go through and explaining the Will, Trust and Medical Directive. I thought the portal the office has created to communicate with clients was brilliant and made communications much easier between myself and John. I found all staff in the office friendly and accommodating.
