Along with being intelligent, John has an amazing ability to represent all clients in there best interest and is very persuasive in the court room. Plenty of legal knowledge, attention to detail, and amazing research skills.

Disappointing! So much confidence was given to us in the beginning but once it came to the hearing .... I lost everything. Friends that came to support me asked "why didn't he argue this, or this..." My support were ALL disappointed in him. "He was horrible, he did nothing to help you." Clark could have fought and argued on certain topics but didn't. He is also friends who the commonwealth attorney was. Both the commonwealth attorney and Clark thought my hearing wouldn't go anywhere but the commonwealth attorney still made me out to be who they accused me of, and Clark didn't argue enough at all!!! Once everything was over, instead of helping me find ways to appeal he wrote me off. It's been at least 6 months since and I have yet to receive paperwork that I need for my own filings plus one filing needed correction and he has yet to fix it. I am constantly emailing the firm to follow up and I am simply ignored. Paid for services that were BARELY rendered. Talking to other attorneys afterwards all were surprised how it went down and I should not have lost everything. Also finding out other ways what could have been done but again, Clark wrote me off as quick as he could. I had confided in him how much lack in confidence we had in attorneys, and he "told" us everything we needed to feel confident in him. Almost 11K later and we have nothing to show for it. To say that I am still angry is an understatement. Please do not waste your money to people who will write you off as quick as they can

I have to share Amy Totten and her paralegal Jen have been amazing! She handled a divorce case that had drug out for over 3 years due to my previous lawyer taking money but accomplishing nothing. Amy Totten took over a very disorganized case that was scheduled for trial with less than 3 months to prepare. She was very realistic about what my options were. She was also upfront about how much money was gonna be involved and went above and beyond to have me help her to prevent occuring addition charges. Which most just do it and send a bill, when the client can usually make a call or send an email at no cost but few mins of their time! She was able to get it settled within weeks! She has been amazing since the very first call. She always explained the good and bad of the situation and provided a solution that was amazing. I can not explain enough how grateful I am for her and highly recommend consulting her!

Very helpful

Susan worked extremely hard to come to an acceptable settlement. She dealt with two insurance companies, one of which was difficult to work with. However, Susan kept going back to them time and time again and finally convinced that company to put more on the table. She constantly kept me updated. Though I hope there will never be another need to retain her services, rest assured if I do she will be the first one Il call.
