Mr. Painter is by far the most thorough investigator and aggressive criminal defense attorney I have seen. He successfully suppressed the evidence in my case, effectively cross examined the Commonwealth's witnesses and, after motioning the Court to have a special hearing regarding a confidential informant and law enforcement, got the charges dismissed.

Mr. Painter defended my case with more intensity and thoroughness than I have witnessed with any other attorney. The co-defendant in my case wanted to fire his attorney and have Mr. Painter represent both of us, although Mr. Painter informed us that this was not in either of our best interests. His investigation, suppression hearings and trial work was the best I have seen.
