During my initial consultation Mr. Bohannon listened carefully and asked detailed questions to determine if he could help me with my case. Once I hired Mr. Bohannon he invested the appropriate amount of time to gather the facts and prepare for my defense. His communication was timely, accurate and very helpful. I was convicted of a 2nd dui back in 2013 and have been in the vasap program at which you are required to have an interlock ignition device installed on your vehicle. Well back in December my device had failed meand locked me out of my car on two different occasions. It pretty much was giving off an alcohol reading when on both occasions i had not consumed any alcohol, actually havent consumed any alcohol in over 2 years. So vasap had considered me in violation of their probation program and sent me back to court for the violation. I had contacted a couple of different lawyers and was impressed with what Mr. Bohannon had to say so i hired him to represent me. I believe he put his all into the case and i couldnt be more happier with my final court date. We had enough evidence to prove that i actually wasnt drinking and we won the case and i was found not guilty! I was charged with reckless driving for going 101 in a 70mph zone. I was ashamed of myself and afraid of going to court. Brenton was very compassionate and believed I was a good person.
