I would never have gotten approved without the aid of Ms. Outten and the Mr. Gillette. The amount of medical paperwork I had to keep up with, appeals, documentation, appointments... they handled everything. I was informed every step of the way. Case Manager Monica, was always 1 step ahead! All I had to do was focus on my appointments. Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately due to Covid 19 I didn’t actually get to meet them. However, Brian Gillette and Monica Outten made this stressful process so much easier for me. I was really embarrassed at first to seek help for SSDI but they made me feel really comfortable. When I got my phone hearing Brian did a great job standing up for me after I made my testimony when certain things were bought up that they thought I could do. It was a very scary process for me, and Monica and Brian made it less intimidating for me.
