At each step of the process from my initial phone call with Matthew, my consultation with Mr. Gillette, follow up questions with Monica and my regular communications with Elissa, I received professional service and advice for my wife’s disability case. Calls and emails were returned promptly and everything was explained in detail at each step along the way. I reached out TWICE for help for my son’s disability case. Left messages. No return call. I had such high hopes because he’s in desperate need and the reviews were amazing… don’t trust everything you read on the internet. Or hear on an answering machine. “Messages are checked MULTIPLE times throughout the day…we WILL return your call…” So disappointed 😔
