I sent an email to Mr. Gillette with a question about my son's disability claim. Even though I hadn't hired him, he promptly called me and walked me through the information I needed to collect and steps I needed to take with the Social Security office to ensure that the claim was processed properly. I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking SSDI or SSI benefits.

Monica did a great job of keeping my case open and updated as well as informing me of the status of my claim for disability. I am happy to say my claim was approved although I wish I knew that my son was eligible for benefits as well until he graduated from high school. This is something I would have thought the lawyers office would have known about.

After being denied for disability a family member suggested I get a lawyer. I googled lawyers and came across the Gillet Law Group. I am glad I chose them. They were wonderful. They made sure my medical records and reports were faxed over to social security office. They help me meet all my deadlines. They stayed on top me to make sure I didn't what I needed to do. They also kept me informed by email/phone and mail. Monica while professional is down to earth. She talks to you like your a real person. She kept me sane during my breakdown moments. I have to say that after being denied the first time the whole team especially the lawyer Mr. Gillette have been extremely attentive and very helpful in my process even more he applied for me and gave me a hand reapplying again. My first experience with Gillette Law Group was about 4 years ago. They were kind, personable, and eager to help in a situation where my husband had been denied twice for disability. During this time my husband had passed away. Even though my husband was gone, Mr. Gillette fought for me as though my husband was still alive and "NO" was not an option. I cannot say enough good things about this law firm. The case managers and Mr Gillette are all so wonderful. They helped and guided me through the process of getting my SSDI. I recently prevaile in court with a favorable ruling after a very long drawn out process with multiple denials before Mr Gilette's legal team was able to reverse these former denials finally in front of a Judge at our Hearing.
