When my husband and I decided it was time to have our Estate Plan reviewed, we also decided it was time to look into getting a new attorney. We asked two of our dear friends who they used. They both gave us the name of Jeremy C. Johnson of Johnson, Gasink & Baxter (JGB). We decided to schedule an appointment just for a consultation. We met with Jeremy and were very impressed, not only with his knowledge but how comfortable he made us feel. He took the time needed to answer all of our questions, never making us feel rushed. Jeremy Johnson was recommended to us by our Financial Planner. The whole process was very easy to follow and quite thorough. I initially met with Jeremy via a Zoom video call to go over the initial details. A few weeks later my wife and I met with Jeremy to go over the final Estate Plan, Wills, HCPOAs, etc. and to then sign all the documents.
