My teenage daughter was injured in an auto accident when she was struck from behind by another driver. She suffered a concussion and was sent to the ER. I spent weeks/months with the insurance company who ultimately deemed that my daughter's injury could not be conclusively linked to the actual automobile accident and as such, medical payments would not be part of the covered claim. I hired Mr. Kelley who was able to solve the entire claim to my satisfaction. He did good work and new how to handle the insurance company, who settled immediately. Don't try dealing with the insurance company yourself.
