Pat Kelley is an excellent attorney. I have known him more than 30 years from his time as an assistant commonwealth's attorney for Williamsburg-James City County. Most recently, within the last six months, he represented a member of my family in multiple occasions in court and provided EXCELLENT representation. He meet with the family when it was necessary prior to court appearances and came to court fully prepared. Without a doubt, I would use his services if needed again. He's good and looks out for his clients.

Pat Kelley represented my son in a traffic stop in Charles City County. We were very pleased with the professionalism and attention we received from Pat and his staff. I don't recommend this attorney for any defense work. He charged us an arm and a leg for a straight forward juvenile case, but only provided a toe and finger. He made it seem like he had contacts that could improve the outcome. Not so. Anyone could have done the same thing he did, which was show up and rollover. Thankfully not life altering, however, I have to take full responsibility because I didn't manage him like I should have. I won't be fooled again.

Vance made us very comfortable with our home sale process. We did not have a realtor, so we relied on him for everything. This was the smoothest closing we've ever had! Vance is really friendly and on top of his game. I strongly recommend using his services if you want to rest easy and know you are in good hands.

Vance represented my wife and I during a landlord/tenant dispute involving our lease. He was professional, helpful and caring throughout the process. In the end, he brokered a win-win agreement between both parties that allowed the matter to be resolved without litigation, saving us a significant amount of time and money. Ms. Montgomery is a very thorough, knowledgeable and confident attorney. Answered all my questions concerning my bankruptcy process and kept me informed of any changes.
