Pat Kelley is an excellent attorney. I have known him more than 30 years from his time as an assistant commonwealth's attorney for Williamsburg-James City County. Most recently, within the last six months, he represented a member of my family in multiple occasions in court and provided EXCELLENT representation. He meet with the family when it was necessary prior to court appearances and came to court fully prepared. Without a doubt, I would use his services if needed again.
