Wow! I can’t say enough good things about having Ms. Montgomery represent me. She took on my case with very little time (under a week) and she worked so hard in that short amount of time to prepare a case for child custody. For me, this was one of the hardest things I have ever been through but she helped me get the results I wanted + more! Also, she genuinely cares! I’m so grateful I have been represented and helped by her and her amazing team.

Mrs Dennett worked hard on my case. Was fair in managing my expectations while helping me negotiate the final outcome of my divorce. Stephanie was recommended to me through New Kent County by a deputy who will remain unnamed. She was absolutely amazing the whole way. Court day ended exactly how we planned. She is well known by the courts and well educated and you do not want anyone else on your side besides Ms. Montgomery. Very calm, collected, stern but nice. She owns that whole process during court day. I used her for custody and visitation, but I can imagine she could handle any situation. Her paralegal was always very nice and easy to get a hold of.
