I was extremely fortunate to find Beau Correll especially since I was going to try to handle a extreme situation on my own. I attempted to read up on the procedures and quickly realized the severity of the situation and risk. Beau virtually took me by the hand and step by step guided me through it all. His demeanor is that of competence and caring. He gives you the confidence that you can rely and trust him, which is supported by the results he achieves. Beau is notably perceptive and cleaver. It is evident that he knows the business. With all sincerity I highly recommend him.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a local hospital. I asked Mr. Correll what could be done. He took over the case, and in a short period of time, he was able to guide the matter to an amicable resolution. I was arrested for DUI at checkpoint. At the stop, I blew a 0.96 and at the station I blew a 0.08. I performed the field sobriety tests miserably, all fails. The commonwealth had me dead to rights. I hired Mr. Correll to represent me after my arrest, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After my consultation and subsequent hiring of Mr. Correll, he advised me to perform some community service and to pre-enroll in VASAP. The idea was that if he couldn't get the case thrown out, it would help with a plea deal. By following his advice, he was able to bargain my DUI charge down to a reckless driving charge. I was eventually sentenced to a $100 and 3 month restricted license. Compared to the alternative, it was the best deal I have ever gotten. My only complaint with Mr. Correll is that it can be a little difficult to get in contact with him, although I would chalk this up to how many cases he works on. Nonetheless, Mr Correll knows the ins and outs of the criminal justice system, is honest with you, and he goes the extra mile in terms of both your case and the things you can do to help yourself.

I do not live in the area, and Mr. Correll arranged so that I did not need to appear in court, did not need to perform any community service, and can resolve the issue with a clean record.
