STAY AWAY! I provided all of my info to include my address, paid the consultation fee, and now he tells me he doesn’t service Fairfax, Prince William or Loudoun!! He also denied to refund the consultation after he already knew the area I lived. Huge waste of time and will be reported to the Virginia State Bar.

I've never dealt with anything court related until recently and Gerardo made this whole process less of a headache. At Consultation (very reasonable fee), Mr.DelGado was very attentive to every detail I said to him about my case. He then gave me a very clear and confident road map as to what the possible outcomes could be. He asked questions to see if I could give him certain proofs to substantiate defense arguments. It was all very matter of fact and really left no room for mystery or unnecessary worry and anxiety. He did all of this before I paid his fees to hire him. That being said, I was positively confident that he could manage my defense, obviously better than I could on my own. At Trial, Mr. DelGado had an apparent mutually respectful, good natured relationship with all parties of the Court. Everything went as consuled and in closing with us, he was very attentive again as to how we felt and made sure we understood the judgement and next steps. I'd hire him again!
