Martin Scheller was super awesome! He was straight forward and aggressive making sure we fought for the wanted outcome. He helped me get sole legal and full custody of my babies from an abusive ex. Choosing to work with Gilbert Ambler was literally one of the most beneficial decisions I have ever made in my life. I was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm on school property. This charge carried up to a 10 year sentence and the outcome of this case would have a monumental impact on the rest of my life. When I spoke to Gilbert about my case, he was confident, knowledgeable, and upfront about the details of my case. From that moment on, I knew that I wanted to work with his law office. Once I became a client, I felt like a priority. His team was professional, and they kept the lines of communication open. Before my trial, they would check in with me and even offered me words of encouragement as I was looking for work in the meantime to maintain myself. Whenever I needed to speak with Gilbert, he always got back to me in a timely manor if he wasn't immediately available. I felt like I was receiving the best service possible the entire time I worked with him. He prepared me for the day of my pre-trial hearing by going over his gameplan and answering all of the questions I had. On the day of the pre-trial, I was nervous and anxious, and he remained calm and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining the facts and details I needed to make an informed decision. His calmness and confident energy definitely transferred over to me and it helped to prevent me from making a terrible decision in the end. Through his knowledge, research, and presence in the court room, he was able to convince the judge that the law was on my side in this instance and my case was dismissed. I retained Martin Scheller for multiple charges, several of which he was able to have dismissed and/or reduced in severity. The client portal allowed me to have access to all legal documents pertaining to my cases and was always promptly updated. Martin was thorough and definitely obtained the best possible outcome for my charges. I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and was able to continue working without interruption which was most important to me.
