I just want to say that Martin Scheller does not mess around. He knows the law inside and out and he knows his clients cases inside and out. When Martin Scheller walks into a court room you can feel his knowledge of law echo through the corridors like the gusts of a thousand winds. He does not back down. He does now show fear. He doesn’t even whimper at the slightest gavel hit. And most of all, Martin doesn’t show mercy. You will have justice. You will have righteousness. One of the best law offices to use in Winchester. Martin Scheller is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and above all, diligent. He worked tirelessly on our custody case, was able to immediately cite case law, attentive to our needs and questions, and provided wonderful guidance throughout the process. He possesses a great deal of knowledge and is incredibly honest regarding options, legalities, and expectations. Worth every penny! From the first time we called, just to ask a question, Gilbert Ambler and his firm have been amazing. Price and Payment plans are fair. I will recommend him to every person needing his assistance. Tyler Simmers delivered way more than expected. They asked what we expected to happen/What we wanted to happen with this case and they went above and beyond. Maximum penalty was 10 years with a felony conviction and Tyler got the entire case dismissed.

Martin and Cori were amazing and a life savior for my case that should’ve never happened to begin with. At the last minute he was able to take my case for a discounted price and had payment options as well. They were very diligent and showed concern for my sake with time and needing to get a warrant for my arrest withdrawn. Thank you for all that you guys did to help me when I needed it. Had a self defense situation happen I instantly called my lawyer at this office. He stayed on the phone with me the entire time as he drove almost 3hours to the scene.
