My son was facing jail time and probation for his offences. As a mom, I was inexperienced in knowing anything about the process and the charges. My son hired Howard Manheimer, and he was able to explain the process and answer any questions I had. We went to court 3 times, and the final court date was the sentencing. We were sure that there would be jail time, but Howard fought for my son and presented valid and necessary points and issues with the prosecutor's consequences. I was feeling very let down and just unfairly treated by my public defender, who said the best deal he could get me was a year in jail! I am a stay at home mom of an 18 month old baby girl!
