McCarthy & Akers was stellar in a real estate transaction and was very professional, courteous and fully understood, from the beginning to the conclusion, the financial, legal and personal requirements of the real estate transactions. Having also dealt with several other Winchester area law firms that were very impersonal and did not seemed interested in any non-legal requirements and only dealt with legal templates , I would strongly urge using McCarthy & Akers and the team led by Matt Akers.
