Josh assisted me with the affairs and closing of my mother's estate. After my mother's death, I did not have a clue what I needed to do. Josh and his staff were very helpful and professional . They guided me and advised me with the accounting and sale of the estate. A job I could not have done on my own. Josh and his staff took care of business in a timely and orderly manner. He and his staff were friendly and very accountable. They eased my fear and made my job easy! I would have lost a lot of the benefits as executor and would have faced some unpleasant confrontations without them. We recently had the opportunity to receive advice on revisions to our legal documents with Josh. The process was easy and extremely informative to complete our will, power of attorney, and advanced medical directive. We feel very confident in the advice that was given and very pleased with the process to complete these necessary changes. We needed to update our 15 year old estate planning documents, but our previous attorney was no longer in Virginia. We searched online to find an appropriate attorney for us and chose Joshua E.
