I've known Josh personally for around 20 years. Working with him and his team on the last will/testament was great. He gently kept up with me every couple of weeks to make sure progress was being made without guilt tripping me into hurrying up. Price was reasonable too and good to know it is an actionable will which didn't set well with me when doing online wills. Working with an individual and team is well worth the investment rather than using an online will. Highly recommended

All of our meetings were very well organized and productive. Josh presented details of our documents clearly and concisely, taking time to listen and answer any and all questions. We were impressed with the knowledge Josh's team conveyed. All internet correspondence were well laid out and clearly stated. Phone calls and/or emails were followed up in a timely manner.

Everything was done meticulously, explained everything, questions all answered. Everyone was very friendly and the whole process of estate planning made very easy. Great job.

They sent me a short, complimentary book written by their attorney and marketing director that described astonishingly clearly the aspects, options, and steps involved in the process, so that I emerged from reading it with an unexpected level of understanding about the foundational choices and process. This was genuinely astounding. The book is clear, well organized, and conveys the kindness and caring I consistently experienced the firm itself as embodying. I felt a significant resonance with this firm as soon as I watched the video Josh so kindly recorded to talk about the initial form potential clients are invited to fill out. The very notion of creating a short video to communicate about an introductory process illuminates the level of thoughtfulness, personalness, and sincerity Relational Estate & Elder Law offers. I did the final signing of my estate plan documents today, and every single interaction I had with each team member during the entire process was attentive, thorough, clear, and comprehensive. Josh and his team did a great job explaining all the legal pros of cons for all our decisions. They were able to give us great advice, answer all our questions, and make the establishment of our living trust and associated other legal documents, an easy to follow process. We had this group create all of the legal documents that we needed. They are efficient and pleasant to work with. We chose them based on recommendations from several family members who also had good experiences working with this group. They work well with technology but also worked with us to get our documents customized to meet our needs.
