I contacted Ambler Law Offices to represent my husband in a case. We are from another state, so the idea of having to go to court in Virginia was terrifying. Martin Scheller was amazing! Target by Rutherford Crossing (Winchester) falsely accused my husband of shoplifting around $400 in different items days before. They called the cops but did not present charges against him, instead said their manager was not in the store and they were going to call him (crazy isn’t it? We will be presenting a formal corporate complaint), the next day we contacted Martin Scheller and less than 24hours after the phone meeting he was able to give us the peace of mind we needed to continue our normal life by finding out the resolution that this accusation had, if it was not for him my husband would still be living with the humiliation and waiting for Target to do the right thing and let us know they realized they messed up. We can not be more thankful with this firm that trusted my husband’s word and took quick action to help him out.
