Granted Mr. Roberts felt he couldnt help us in the end; he was still a great lawyer. He took the time to comb threw our case, you could tell he truly wanted to fight on the behalf of our son. But sadly in the end he just felt he could no procced with the case. I hope I dont ever need his servcies agan; but if I do he can be sure ill be back with him! His legaid was amazing and was always there to answer my questions and was right there when I needed her. His whole team was truly in mourning with us. I reccomend him to anyone who wants to win!

Mr. Roberts was terrible. He didn't take the time to understand my situation nor my position. You would think as an attorney he would try to protect me as a innocent citizen. I'm disgusted.

Upon hearing about the incident, Charles Roberts and Elisha, who is also an attorney at the firm, immediately filed for an emergency injunction which prevented my ex wife from moving out of the state with my son. After the emergency injunction was filed, Charles Roberts, along with his daughter Elisha, worked diligently to build a case strong enough to be successful in the courtroom for the custody hearing. During the entire process, they displayed compassion, courtesy, and extreme dedication to their job to ensure that every avenue of approach was covered. They spent hours preparing a strong case prior to the custody hearing and as a result, the team of Charles Roberts and his daughter Elisha dominated in the courtroom and clearly demonstrated how extreme knowledge and years of experience pays great dividends. The case resulted in the judge preventing my son from being relocated to North Carolina and as a result, I have been able to be a huge part of his life the last few years. I can't imagine the way my life would be right now if it wasn't for the expertise of Charles Roberts and his daughter. They are basically the only reason why my son has had a father figure in his life the last few years. When I look at what a fine young man my son has turned into (straight A student and excellent athlete), it makes me even more appreciative of this fine group of attorneys. If you want to increase your chances of victory in the courtroom, you need to turn to this team of attorneys. They are truly great on every level. Considering this law firm's proven success over the last few years dealing with personal injury, it is quite evident that their reputation as leaders in the courtroom has followed them and remained at a constant level.
