Casey Stevens is a top notch Defense Lawyer! I found him through Google and knew nothing about him. I was devastated when two jerks from my past decided to charge me with 9 different charges. Six class 3 Misdemeanors, two class 1 misdemeanors, and 2 Felonies. Casey beat ALL of the charges. I was so upset and nervous. But I learned to trust Casey. He really knows what he is doing. Casey is very professional, knowledgeable, and listens to your concerns. His assistant Jaclyn is very nice and returns emails and calls promptly. Casey is upfront about his pricing, and it's a lump sum based on the type of case, not an hourly fee. It seems expensive, but I think his prices are pretty average for a good Defense attorney. I highly recommend Casey Stevens!

I spoke to Casey Stevens on the phone to get sense of direction for a minor traffic issue and he gave me no nonsense advice that went against the grain of that I received from other lawyers. This one will be easy. I will say that I have been affiliated with Casey Stevens for a number of years, many actually, he is by far one of the most astute, knowledgeable, capable attorneys, he defends his clients diligently and is prepared for the case, each and every case. To watch him in trial is -- well, let's put it this way, you can't stop paying attention or you'll miss some great litigation, I've known him a long time and he's quite impressive in trial, he goes to work for his client no matter what. One thing I admire most is the time he takes to make his clients and/or relatives understand the consequences of their situation. I've been affiliated with Ms. Caruso a number of times as well and actually sat in on a few of her trials since she's been with Mr. Stevens, she is an astute litigator, and very personable, smart and fun to watch in trial, hope to get many more years of watching her, very talented and smart.
