This law firm helped with us with estate planning that included Last Will and Testaments and a Trust. They also prepared our Powers of Attorney and Advance Medical Directives. We could not have been more pleased with their performance. Lisa and Julie (her Assistant) are a great team! They are so professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend them. I heard about them when they represented a relative who had a legal matter (not estate planning) and the relative was also happy with their representation. As far as I am concerned they are the best!

This lawyer and her secretary are the most rude people. I can not even explain anything and they hang up on me. They are not professional at all. Handling a divorce case and she is too incompetent to know how to do it. She is not qualified for the job. Maybe she should just retire since it seems she doesn't know what she is doing.

I’ve called this attorney 3 times now to hire her for family law. I’ve been hung up on every single time and when I called back the woman acted as though it was an accident and then did it again. I told her I have a legal plan that I pay for through my employer and she asked for case number and then hung up on me again! I’m already under a lot of stress, the last thing I need is some immature secretary playing phone games at a law firm!

Susan Jean was recommended for estate planning services by our financial planner, John Mason (Mason LLC). We were very pleased with the entire process and the resulting estate planning portfolio. Susan is extremely knowledgeable of Virginia estate planning issues, including wills and trusts, has a very pleasant demeanor, and has a remarkable ability to make difficult legal issues easy for us to understand.
