Robert carefully and completely walked us through the process by first doing an extensive review of us, our ages, current situation and desires and needs. My husband has gone through a health challenge that made everyone stop and question - is everything in order? I spoke with Lawyer Brooks over the phone and he answered every question that I had. He gave me guidelines to help start the process of making sure all our legal papers were updated and what they need to include. Mr Brooks helped us think through and prepare all the necessary documents to plan for our Estate. Power of Attorneys, Wills, Medical Directives, Trust, dealing with properties in 2 states, four children, and retirement and assets. We feel confident now that there is a good plan in place should either or both of us die that will take care of the other and our family in the manner we want. Patient, thorough, wise counsel.
