I hired Neli Espe to negotiate the sale of my business to a group of investors from the Seattle area. The transaction was complex and required the handling of numerous documents and the dealing with several opposing attorneys from major Seattle law firms. I liked Ms. Espe's efficiency and responsiveness. The deal closed on time and the terms she extracted for me exceeded my expectations. The final bill for services came to less than the original estimate she gave me, something which has never happened in my two decades of dealings with attorneys.
