I have used two attorneys and found Ben Wells to be far superior. He had a more aggressive approach (not too aggressive), was very informative every step of the way, and listened to my opinion and took them into account when dealing with the other party. I highly recommend Ben for injury cases.

My family used the services of Ben Wells after an auto accident and we were extremely pleased with the personal care and concern and attention that was given. I can't say that I would ever want to experience litigation again, but should that need ever arise, I would not hire anyone but Ben to take care of the situation.
