Carlos comes off like he is King Kong. But he likes to berate you, take your money, give you timelines, and then not follow them. God forbid you ask why he isn't doing what he said, he will yell at you, and if you persist in asking he just withdraws from the case. His arguments are weaker than circus lemonade in my opinion. Wasted 2 month of my life. I've had to hire lots of attorneys over the last 25 years for many different things. Don't waste your time, energy or money. Total lost cause. But he will tell you his accolades & what he's done in the past. swipe left.

Our company had to litigate a harassment case. Carlos was well prepared for every aspect of the case. He new the law, understood our case, and came to every meeting ready and well prepared. I highly recommend Carlos Sosa.

Upon initial contact, I was impressed by the responsiveness of his office. Unlike a previous attorney I hired, I found Mr. Sosa to be compassionate yet realistic in regards to expectations. I would hire Mr. Sosa for any future legal needs.

Terrible Attorney. Charged us $9,000 to do a modification of child support to save us $100 per month. He should have told us that our case couldn't be appealed for 2 years and saved us the $9,000. Basically went to court 2 years before I was allowed and paid him $9000 to find that out and lose our case. Also, had to pay another $2000 for respondents attorney fees. Terrible attorney. If you want to lose and throw your money away then use this attorney. I am amazed this man is allowed to practice law.

I have always had good luck with attorneys in the past. I have needed the assistants of 3 attorney's total in my life up to date. Carlos Sosa lied up and down to me. There is no reason my bill should have been over 10,000.00 for what he did he should have paid me. If you are looking to give your money away and waste your tine then call this guy! I believed everything he said in regards to my family case to be an open and shut deal. He messed up my paperwork 4 times. 4 times!!! He lost my family case, over charged me and tried to blame it on me. I received 2 phone calls from him with him asking me questions about the wrong case!

Carlos Sosa is one of the rudest man that I have ever come across. Last month he was caught in so many lies before the judge it wasn't even funny. Even below he has already been suspended. He is unprofessional, inflates his prices and the worst attorney know to earth! Spread the word. He was reported to the bar association and I pray they either suspend him again or disbar him! He is a disgrace to this state and to all attorney's.

I asked Carlos to represent a friend of mine. I paid his retainer fee and thought he would at least do the bare minimum. Five months later, he has done virtually nothing. He has embarrassed me and basically just took the money and never looked back. He is lazy, unmotivated, and greedy. Carlos, if you didn't want to be committed to Lita, why did you take the case. I can honestly say, now I know why attorneys have the reputation for being scumbags
