Dan helped me get thru a horrible divorce and got me a fair and reasonable settlement. He was confident and made me feel better about the process. He is still helping me get the final portion of what was ordered as the ex is being difficult and don't want to pay what they agreed to.

In written documents and in court he would make simple errors on facts of the case. He had a visible tremor when he was nervous which was disconcerting because he spoke to confidence. At the most important time, the settlement hearing, he failed to prepare me. In private he gave me a favorable set of expectations and then in the presence of the mediator he allowed me to be bullied and in fact turned into a bully himself. For somebody whose job is to guide somebody through a frustrating process, he did a poor job.

I would highly recommend Dan... He was very knowledgeable and always kept me informed. He was always straight forward with me. He never made promises that he couldn't keep. I have worked with other attorney and by far Dan was the best. If you want an attorney who will fight for you then Dan is the attorney you should use. He was always understanding and compassionate. I recommended a co-worker to Dan and I would recommend anyone that I knew who needed a Family Law attorney.
