As a mediator, Tim Edwards is not someone who seems to care about quality time with family. In our mediation he had a boiler plate parenting plan and he refused to change it to meet our needs. It's based on alternating weekends, no matter what else happens. He did not seem to care about our needs. This means that your two week summer vacation is interrupted by a weekend, which means we really can't get away. Three day weekends and holidays also revolve around these weekends. So, if you believe in alternating weekends trumping all else, go with this guy. If you want quality time to go and do things with your kids then consider getting someone else who understands family time.

Tim Edwards & Associates were a blessing in my family's life. Tim was very professional and assured my husband that he did have a standing chance of getting 50/50 custody of his son and helped us start the custody case. Then Sara took over our case and amazed us with her counsel and professionalism in court. The paralegal team was also so very helpful, always answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely manner. My husband now has 50/50 legal and physical custody of my step-son. Worth every single penny.

I had the displeasure of being on the other side of Tim. He's well known for being aggressive which sounds good until he's so aggressive that he causes all kinds of unnecessary issues. Tim's letters to my attorney were full of personal attacks and character assassination. He's was just flat out rude at times. I finally hired a different attorney and it was amazing how the tone of his letters changed. He knew he could belittle with the first attorney and so he did (although it didn't accomplish anything, just made everyone mad). WIth my second attorney, Tim knew he couldn't get away with that unprofessional behavior so he stopped. We also had a mediation because of a simple issue with health insurance. My attorney, the mediator and Tim agreed with my position so I asked the mediator why Tim didn't just tell his client that and she said "I think he just needed support" Sadly I spent thousands on an unnecessary mediation because Tim was afraid to stand up to his client. There are so many good attorneys in the area. I'd look elsewhere.

Mr. Edwards is amazing. He arbitrated my duvorce. He is magic. Im telling you i was totally amazed and in shock how much he got me. He stood up, demanded fairness and we suceeded. I will always be greatful for his service. Wirth every penny 10 fold. Search no further. He is your man. Tanya Hall
