I hired Tim over five years ago for my divorce. I was scared, I was hurt, I thought I had nothing. I didn't know what to do or how I was going to do it. Tim saw me, he saw me; and he new what I would need to succeed in this process. I needed to move out of state to be near family. He did it. At the time I didn't know how important it was going to be to be near family. But he did. I half fought him on it, but he stuck to it and made it happen. It can be hard to move out of state in a divorce case; not for Tim. I was scared about my financial future. Tim got me on the right track, and as expensive as he is, he's not half as expensive as so many other incompetent lawyers. He was brilliant, and he did it brilliantly. Worth every penny! You don't just get Tim when you hire this firm, you get the whole team. Everyone knows what's going on and everyone works for you. The team work is where it's at. All those perspectives working together to get you the best outcomes. Unbeatable!!! My divorce has been final for almost 5 years now. I've moved out of state and had to work with other lawyers... I'm telling you... Tim is the best. I thought so then, but I really think so now. Remember, it's been five years, and I would still hire Tim again in a heart beat. After going through two other attorneys who did almost nothing for me I found Timothy by recommendation. He and his staff were professional and thorough. During mediation Timothy discovered about $100,000 that should be awarded to me but had not been accounted for. Very nice and well worth the fee I was charged.

Did you notice that most of the positive reviews were posted in the month of August, 2013 and have similar writing styles? I did. Especially since he was my ex-spouse's attorney . At no time did he try to have my ex and me resolve matters amicably. He created situations to inflame my ex- husband so that he could charge more. I don't say this as a bitter ex-spouse as I didn't have to pay his fees. I do know that Mr. Edwards tried to create anger and hatred between us. He was extremely unprofessional toward me and toward my attorney. He deliberately made disparaging remarks about me, in writing, knowing it would add fuel to the fire. Hindsight is 20/20. If you want to have an acrimonious divorce case, by all means, hire this guy. If you'd rather save yourself thousands of dollars in attorney's fees and months of anger/frustration fighting with your soon to be ex, hire someone else.

Dropped my sons divorce case after he received over $5000 dollars in fees, because we could not come up with another $4000 before trial date. Consequentially leaving my son to hire another lawyer without having the money needed, or to represent himself. Trustworthy, reliable: deserving trust, or able to be trusted. I Don't think so.

I was referred to Tim by a friend. At the time I thought I had virtually no rights as a father. My wife was getting involved with a person that I felt was unworthy to be around our three young children. There were drugs issues and illegal activities going on. My wife was very confident that I had no rights. Tim and Robin on the other hand, assured me that I most certainly did have rights. I didn't believe them. Very long story short. After a year and one half long divorce trial, I received full custody of my three children. During which time, Tim and his office proved that there were circumstances that were not at all acceptable for kids. Further, it was obvious to me after a short time that it was Tim's first and foremost concern that those kids were in a safe environment! Tim and his office are above and beyond when it comes to integrity, honesty, and doing what is right for a family. I can't say enough for what they did for my kids and I. My hat is off to this team.

Tim Edwards and his firm have significantly helped me over the last 7 years with my ongoing child support issues and an ex that chooses not to work so he does not have to pay child support. Not only did Tim and his team help through each situation, Tim attended court with me each time and represented me to the fullest. Tim is always responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. After consulting with 3 different lawyers, I chose Tim Edwards because of 2 things - honesty and integrity. He didn't fill me with false hopes and promises, instead he explained the facts and how the courts would interprete them such that I could even understand the trouble I was in. He also said he wasn't cheap and required a retaining fee to even start. That forced me to think long and hard about what I was getting into. He didn't rush me to divorce court; he had the wisdom to advise me to wait, based on what I shared. When the time was right, I went back to him. He and his staff then handled my ugly divorce and drama-filled custody case with wisdom and expertise--and the best interest of the children at the core. Even though we won custody, ex-spouses don't always follow parenting plans. Within the last year, I called on Tim for advice. He proceeded to win a Contempt of Court case against my ex. Dealing with attorneys, courts, and ex's can bring emotional challenges. Tim is not only a brilliant attorney, but he and his staff are wonderful counselors as well. They know how to help a client through difficult times with empathy, compassion, understanding, and good advice. I've recommended Tim to friends and acquaintances on more than several occasions. I'd recommend him to anyone--except the other side.

Not only would I recommend this lawyer, but I have. Yes, he is expensive, but after 21yrs of marriage, 2 kids, and an ex that makes $100k MORE THAN ME, I WANT someone that knows what he is doing! You get what you pay for people....I don't go to a vending machine for coffee for $.25 because I can get good coffee at a Starbucks.....same thing. They call me right back, they answer ALL of my questions...the good and the crazy...and they put me at ease. Mr. Edwards went to court WITH ME when I had to face my ex and the judge, and we only got $400 LESS than what we were asking, AND he fought for my kids. Say what you want, PAY for what you want...but if you want effective and you want ON YOUR SIDE.....I would recommend Mr. Edwards.

For $3550 my first lawyer said I would lose the house and pay $2500 a month in child support,That was unaceptable. Tim took my case,,,after 2 years of court battles with the ex, I wound up getting the house,the custody and $285 a month child support . Tim Edwards saved me more than a million dollars Tim Edwards saved me more than 16 years of anguish and suffering,,,,,that is priceless. Quality is worth the money you spend. Tim Edwards did what no other lawyer could have done. I feel like I still owe him. Every time I get a support check,I think if it wasn't for Tim,things would be way worse for me. I hope I never need a lawyer again,if I do,no doubt it would be him. If you need a lawyer,it will cost you no matter what,,,so get a winner.
