Chad Eubanks obtained custody of my 3 year old son for me after a year in court and a 3 1/2 day trial. When I met and retained Mr. Eubanks in 2015, our child's mother had effectively cut me out of our son's life. She and her attorney filing various court proceedings against me just to make the cases difficult to untangle with loads of administrative paperwork, etc. Most of them included lie after lie about me and all kinds of false accusations and refilings to retry cases. Mr. Eubanks' hard work and dedication turned my case completely around. After countless court hearings and ending with a 3 1/2 day trial in King County, he was able to show to the Superior Court Judge that our son's best interest was to live primarily with me, not with his mother who had withheld him from every chance she could. Mr. Eubanks represented in more than just one case, but four different ones at the same time (custody, domestic violence protection order, invalidity of marriage, and child relocation). Over the course of a year, I've spent days in court beside him and many hours working with him on my case and feel qualified to vouch for his skill. His demeanor was calm, confident, and poised which reflected well against opposing council during trial. Mr. Eubanks explained the legal process and expectations to me along the way which was extremely helpful in such a challenging situation. I'd reccomend Mr. Eubanks in any family law case but especially if your case is extremely challenging with the opposing party.

Chad Eubanks represented me at triail in a paternity case in King County Superior Court. He had excellent command of the court room, was well versed in evidentiary issues, and presented a very clear and compelling case. We prevailed at trial and I am very fortunate he was the attorney by my side through this difficult and stresfful process. I would not hesitate to retain Mr. Eubanks again if I need to and will refer to him with confidence in the future.

My ex-wife and I have been in court for years and it's been a nightmare. I've worked with other attorneys and even represented myself and usually the results were not in my favor. I found Chad while I was in the middle of a Child Support Modification case and contempt cases and the cases were a mess. Chad didn't have much time to work because our deadline was maybe only a week after I retained him. He did got it done and done right! He was able to come to an agreement with opposing counsel for a child support amount lower that it ever has been. He was also able to keep my cost down and not have to appear for the Child Support Modification Trial. He made sure to represent me and my best interest especially when working with the opposing attorney who wanted me to suffer and go bankrupt for her client. My ex-wife continues to take me to court and Chad has stood by me even when I was unable to have a positive balance in my trust account. Most lawyers would simply drop their client and not trust that they will be paid. Chad did not have to continue to work with me but he did. We have court again next week and I know that Chad will fight hard and win for me. He is well spoken in court and has a good relationship with other attorneys and is well respected. I am very grateful to have Chad as an attorney and I can trust that he will fight hard for me. When I work with Chad I get great results! He is worth every penny!

My experience of Mr. Eubanks is not how he is described on the Goldberg Jones Web site. He was not tenacious on my behalf and let my ex wife's attorney drive the divorce settlement, choose the mediator, and dictate the terms. As a result, I lost my home, equitable access to my children, my retirement, my savings, my ability to support myself without amassing huge debt for the first time in my life and my dignity. Even when I presented Mr. Eubanks with volumes of e-mails, texts and voice mails from my estranged spouse that were abusive, foul-mouthed and clearly showing motive to alienate me from my children, he did nothing. He was very prompt about billing me, that's the only tenacity I witnessed. I was very vulnerable during my divorce and I recall Mr. Eubanks joking jovially with the mediator about how I would be living in a cardboard box for several years because I was left with virtually nothing and no capacity to pay for a place to live, bills, spousal and child support based on my salary. This was all hilarious apparently. It is so vital that a person is well represented while getting divorced because the impact on the rest of your life is huge. Be very careful who you hire to be your attorney and for your sake, I hope it isn't Mr. Eubanks.
